Just another Tuesday night, but I was flexing my new hat from the Arnold Expo thanks .io day 2 (the gymnastics coach).

Don’t be afraid to indulge because who doesn’t love chocolate but just remember calories count so for every piece of chocolate, you have do four minutes of jumping jacks or three minutes of Burpee‘s . You could even just walk steady at a nice pace for 10 minutes all to burn off that yummy little piece of chocolate. Just keeping it in perspective.

Hey there SS fam! Here is a Wellness Wednesday recipe: Avacado toast with toasted seed bread, avacado smash, egg over easy and not shown but sometimes I will top it with a serving of smoked salmon. Next up is a protein smoothie to boost muscle recovery and I am on to my day. Today I will do about 4 hours of massage. My day won’t stop there, tonight I will go on to coach gymnastics until 8:30.
How do I do it? Good nutrition, getting good sleep, hydration, daily functional movement, and a positive mindset. I love doing what I do, every minute of it.

Because when you get sweets you go big!

I love traveling with this awesome gymnast, yesterday he took on the West Point Open and medaled on floor and pommel horse to win 5th in his age group and 6th overall in level 9.
