In an effort to 'flatten the curve' and keep everyone in my life alive and well, I've entered a period of voluntary self quarantine and urge you to do the same.

Let me tell you, limiting my social interactions and starting a voluntary self quarantine until further notice was a very difficult decision that was not taken lightly. As a Massage Therapist, everyone's health is incredibly important to me and I urge you all to take advantage of this situation as best you can. Take a deep breath, stretch it out, cuddle with your pets and learn something new!
