We are SO excited to officially congratulate Megan Schmitt on stepping into salon ownership and taking the reins here as 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 + 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 🤍 This is a huge moment & we couldn’t be more proud.⁣

👉 This marks the start of a 𝗻𝗲𝘄, 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, & that’s a beautiful thing. Megan now gets to shape this space in her own vision, and best believe… the future is looking very good. New energy. New ideas. Same heart. ⁣

We want to continue to be transparent with you all and how we’re moving forward with appointments. ⁣
⁣
Though we are still in the process of finalizing our next steps, we want to assure you all that our top priority is making sure that very little changes as far as your appointments and the level of service you’ve come to expect. Right now, we have two possible options we are exploring and trying to make headway on as quickly as we can. These options both will keep us in Victor. ⁣
⁣
Option one keeps most of us right where we are, with a new chapter for the salon. Option two also allows us to stay together, just under a different roof. We intend on keeping appointments right where they are in our schedules, and are rebooking our clients as we always have been. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.⁣

First, what an absolute privilege it has been to serve you at Brooks & Harlow Salon. When we opened back in 2018 I had no idea we’d so quickly explode into what we’ve become today. Words simply cannot express the immense gratitude I have for everyone who has supported us on this crazy journey. ⁣
⁣
Which is why I share this news with both a full & heavy heart: As our lease comes to an end next Spring, I’ve made the difficult decision not to re-sign another long-term lease. This means that 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 & 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.⁣

Right now, my upmost priority is working closely with my team to determine a timeline that ensures that every single person is fully taken care of - both financially and with their next steps secured, as we transition forward. This requires time & care to ensure the smoothest outcome possible for all.⁣
