Quiet Mind Massage

Hello hello hello!!!! I just wanted to get on here and give y’all an update. I have been going to PT three times a week. I’ve had dry needling done and massage. I’ve had an MRI on my shoulder and will have one on my neck next week. They think it is thoracic outlet syndrome. I will be seeing an orthopedic specialist next week also. It’s been really hard not being able to do what I love. I don’t know how much longer it will be until I’m back, but I appreciate all of you and your prayers. Thank you! 💛💛💛

Good Morning! Yesterday early morning on my way to get kolaches I was hit head on while at a stop sign. I went to the ER and thankfully nothing is broken! I do have a bad case of whiplash and possible frozen shoulder and all around soreness. Unfortunately I have limited range of motion of my right arm. I will be taking some time off to heal, if you have apts with me this week, I’m sorry to have to reschedule you until further notice. Prayers are much appreciated as I would very much like to get back to doing what I love ASAP!! Thank you ALL for being loyal and kind to me🥰🥰🥰
