Please respect my Time and Policy. Please show up !!!! If you have scheduled a appointment and it was agreed upon between the BOTH of us please show up to your appointment. With proper communication I will allow 15 minutes pass you appointment time for you to show up, if there is no communication between yourself and I. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED !
*To Early *
If you happen show up before your scheduled time you will have to wait in the lobby until your actual appointment time if I'm still working with the previous client. I book out a certain amount of time for my clients depending on the service that was scheduled.
**NO CALL NO SHOW **
If you are a No Call No Show ,I will not reschedule or book with you again. No Calls/ No Shows are very disrespectful to any business.
** Chemical Services **
If you receive a Chemical service ( Color, Highlights, Relaxers or Perms and decide that you are not satisfied with the outcome you have one week (7 days) to get in touch with me so I can get your hair to your liking free of charge. If one week ( 7days) has passed, you will be charged for corrections to your hair.
** Services **
If you receive any service that you are not satisfied with you have one week ( 7 days) to get in touch with me so I can fix to your liking free of charge. If one week(7days) has passed, you will be charged for the correction (s).

Starting Tuesday September the 14,2021. I will now require a NON- REFUNDABLE deposit for all Colors, Highlights, Sew-Ins, Braids, Wig Installations, MircoLinks etc. Your deposit will hold your appointment slot for the day that is scheduled,your deposit will go towards your service.

Deposits can not be transferred. No calls /No shows will result in the lost of your deposit. All deposits must be paid by Square Invoice. Invoices will be sent out when appointment is scheduled. Invoice MUST BE PAID before your appointment to secure your appointment.
