When we consult I am reminding you to stay hydrated, increase your water intake but also take your electrolytes, eat those veggies & healthy fats.

Water alone will not build up the hydration your skin needs and when it comes to your spray tan hydrated skin going in and as part of your maintenance and lifestyle, is key.

From the time you book your glow sesh, start moisturizing twice a day, do a gentle exfoliation once a week and try increasing those water rich foods* ✨

Prep is verrrrrry important when it comes to your sunless glow

Ditch the loofah, ditch the wash cloth

Snag our dry brush or exfoliating mitt and get that old tan off! Exfoliate a day or two prior to your spray tan appointment and if you’re booked out further start incorporating it into your normal routine by exfoliating once or twice a week!

Wondering what to wear during your spray tan appointment? ✨

You can wear whatever you want as long as you’re comfortable and as long as we aren’t making any tan lines that you don’t want or that will clash with any outfits you have planned for the week!

Generally clients will wear dark undergarments, an old bathing suit or use the disposables we offer like pasties &/or thongs. But if you’re team no tan lines, you can also go fully n**e.

I’ve been bronzing buns since 2015. I started tanning out of my home and popping up in client’s homes, then went to converting a spray tan van, opening up a brick & mortar location then growing that location to be a cozy home to more beauty artists under a full rebrand.

Glow ‘n’ Go Spray Tanning established in August 2015 blossomed into Black Veil Beauty in December 2023.

Graduation time is always so emotional as I say goodbye to these girls I’ve been tanning for so long. But this year really tugged at my heart strings as it was my daughter’s graduating class and childhood friends. From the second you book your spray tan….
start increasing your water intake, electrolytes, eat those veggies & moisturize your skin!

-Exfoliate 1-2 times a week and then the week of your appointment exfoliate the day before and do any preferred shaving or waxing a day or two prior to tan day.

-Shower the night before your sesh and arrive with bare skin free from any products, makeup or deodorant. But don’t shower immediately prior to tanning. This can cause your tan to come out lighter than planned.

Coming from school or work? I’ve got prep wipes you can use to freshen up!

Your tan is only as good as your skin & skincare.
