We are looking for a part-time receptionist at our Vienna, VA location! If you ever wanted to learn about the medical spa field, or gain some office work experience, this is the job for you!

Availability:
We are looking for someone to fill in Mondays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities:
Greeting patients arriving to their appointment time
Answering phone calls regarding appointments
Checking in patients
Processing payments
Providing intake forms for patients' appointments
Answering questions about payments, products, or services that we offer
Maintaining a clean office space

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Have their own transportation
Must have confidence in answering the phone and making phone calls
A polite and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and maintain good composure under pressure

Prior experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
