Supplies are set out, tweezers are sanitized, lashes are selected, adhesive is shaken, and everything is organized before you walk through the door. I do this because your appointment time should be spent creating beautiful lashes, not gathering supplies. Respecting time goes both ways. Arriving on time, communicating schedule changes in advance, and understanding cancellation policies helps me stay on time for every client and continue providing the experience you deserve.
