A treasured investment!

I have been on a steady journey of discovering who I am and where I am. One of the most important realizations has been that I can’t do life alone. Take a moment to let that sink in.

Life seemed to be going pretty good, so I thought. Of course there have been challenges along the way. However, something was nudging me in an uncomfortable way. I could not quite put my finger on this strange feeling. I took some time to self reflect. And I discovered that there were places in my life and spirit that needed healing and development to reset my journey.

I had to be intentional on purpose, now! It was time to put in some muscle and work to grow my life! I was so used to flying on my own or by myself… it was now time for me to get a coach. I researched how great leaders purpose to develop and increase their knowledge and skill level… they are coached!

Reset and Restyle Intensive owned by Ingrid Pickett was the answer to my prayers! This intensive is created to assist women evolve in life as life evolves. It’s designed to disrupt negative thoughts and negative generational patterns. It helped me to discover why I was showing up as the adult I was, and it helped me take charge of my life narrative instead of life dictating my path with all of its trauma and drama. The important thing was, I had to do the work consistently and intentionally. I had to discover I was worth the work, and put myself first for a change. We as women don’t do that enough. Ingrid says, put yourself first so you don’t give sloppy seconds!

What does it really mean to rest? Hmmmm! I am on a quest to get it right! I took time to go deep within to unlock the human mystery (ha ha) to getting clarity and understand why rest is soooooooo important! My view of true rest has just been revealed! Stay tuned!
