✨ A Quick Update from ONE. Skin Care Studio ✨

As many of you know, Alex has started her next adventure, and while we’ll certainly miss seeing her smiling face at the front desk, we’re excited for this new chapter.

Beginning now, you may notice a few changes to how our office operates:

🤍 Our appointment hours will remain exactly the same.
🤍 We will no longer have a full-time front desk receptionist, so our door will remain locked while we are with clients.
🤍 If you need to purchase products or pick up a gift card, please give us a call so we can schedule a convenient pickup time.
🤍 We will continue answering phone calls and returning messages throughout the day. If we don’t answer, please leave a voicemail—we’re likely in a treatment room and will get back to you as soon as we’re able.
🤍 Appointments can still be booked online anytime, and gift cards and services are also available for purchase online.

While this is a transition for all of us, our commitment to providing you with exceptional care hasn’t changed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we adjust to this new rhythm, and we’re grateful for your continued support.
