This July is especially meaningful to me.

As our nation celebrates its 250th Anniversary, Tactical Aesthetics is celebrating 10 incredible years of serving this wonderful community.

When I opened my doors ten years ago, I simply hoped to create a place where people felt cared for—a space where skincare was personal, relationships mattered, and healthy skin always came first.

What I never could have imagined were the friendships that would be built, the life milestones we'd celebrate together, and the trust so many of you have placed in me over the years.

Whether you've been with me since the beginning or recently discovered Tactical Aesthetics, thank you. Every appointment, every referral, every kind review, and every conversation has helped shape this little business into something I treasure.

A few days away from the treatment room and a wonderful reminder that wellness is about so much more than skincare. 🤍

This past week, Andrew and I attended my family’s 51st annual reunion in Indian Springs, Georgia. It was filled with laughter, connection, good food, and the simple joy of spending time with people we love.

As much as I love helping my clients care for their skin, I also believe true self-care includes making memories, nurturing relationships, and taking time to recharge.

Feeling grateful for family, tradition, and a heart full of wonderful memories as I head back to work refreshed and ready to care for the amazing clients who trust me with their skin.

The first day of summer feels like a gentle invitation.

To care for yourself with the same kindness and attention you give to everyone else.

Summer brings vacations, celebrations, family gatherings, and long days spent making memories. As wonderful as those moments are, don’t forget to leave a little space for yourself, too.

One of the greatest joys of my work is creating a peaceful space where you can simply rest. A place where you can unplug, take a deep breath, and enjoy a little time devoted entirely to you.

I’ve always believed that skincare is about more than beautiful skin. It’s about wellness, relaxation, and honoring yourself in the midst of a busy life. Sometimes self-care looks like a sunrise walk on the beach. Sometimes it’s coffee on the porch. And sometimes it’s a quiet facial, a relaxing massage, and a moment to simply be cared for.
