ATTENTION PATIENTS!
Due to road conditions and out of an abundance of caution for patients and staff, Tommy Wolfe Wellness Center will be operating on a “virtual/telehealth” schedule tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27. Please call the health center at 812-886-4557 if you need to be seen by telehealth, or to request medication refills. As of now, we will plan to be back in the health center on Wednesday, January 28, but will update on this page or by personal phone call. Thank you and stay safe and warm!
In case of an acute situation or emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room.
We are closely monitoring the current Winter Storm and its potential impact on clinic operations. The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority.
At this time, the clinic remains open as scheduled. Should conditions change, we will share updates on this page and contact
patients directly if appointments need to be adjusted.
