*Policy Update*
Moving forward, I will be enforcing a $25 Non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking an appointment. I used to be lenient and not really charge this fee for returning clients but that will no longer be the case.
Moving forward, remaining payments for a service will also be due the day prior.
Also if you must cancel an appointment for whatever reason, please do so at LEAST 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. No shows or last minute cancellation will result in a fee as well. This is due to the fact that if you cancel last minute, your appointment could have went to someone who was needing a service during the same day/time. Thank you in advance.
