Downturned mouth corners aren’t a mood- they’re a muscle.
A little tox in the DAO (depressor anguli oris) relaxes the muscle to gently lift the corners of the mouth, creating a softer, more approachable resting expression, and a less pulled down frown.
Same face. Better vibes.

While filler can never be surgery, with the right patient it can be magic. All of my liquid rhinos include a touch up at 2 weeks to account for day-of swelling, patient goals, and refinements. This beauty wanted more upturn and I think we nailed it together.
Please remember if your nose goals cannot be achieved with filler, sometimes surgery is the right option for you.
