Let's talk about Spontaneity. It's week 3 for the 5-week life Reboot: fire week. 🔥 And one of the choices we can make this week is to be spontaneous. It's taken me awhile to get this video out to you because I've been critical of what I was making. So this is just a quick put-it-out-there and not criticize myself so much. 🤪
One of the goals this week is to not be so critical of ourselves and of our choices. If you are posed with a question to do something, check in with your heart ❤️ rather than your mind 🧠. If you feel a sparkle and joy 💖 in your heart then your answer is yes, and if you feel meh 🤷🏼‍♀️ then your answer is probably no.

I almost didn't get this posted. I was having too much fun. hahaha. I ran errands with laughter in my heart. Bought a mini orchid for myself for my desk. Going to see sparkly things in the sky tonight. I'm excited to see how the rest of the week goes.
