Pure Earth Abundance

Day 3 was a Rollercoaster of emotions. For the most part it was good but I had moments where I felt so relaxed then there was a moment when I felt irritated. Ive had some fatigued but was fine once I started moving. I wasn't very hungry today felt more thirsty than hungry. My sense of smell is changing. I'm beginning to smell everything 😌. I'm down 3 pounds. Also, I'm filtering but hoping to see more filtration as I proceed.

Day 1 has been good to me. I've received conformation on something I have been avoiding but can no longer. I also had cardology reading "believe that is what it's called" anyways it was pretty amazing! Also, very accurate. However, physically I feel great! Mentally my mind is spinning wheels on what my next move shall be. What is to come. Remaining positive while learning to quiet my mind. Earlier I was a little hungry had some Watermelon which helped. Drank some water with herbs! The day is winding down but my body isn't ready to rest. I just feel like dancing💃
