* **Nutritional and herbal supplements: **Spirulina, bee pollen, matcha powder, protein powder, and powdered vitamin or mineral supplements are examples of nutritional and herbal supplements.
* **Sweeteners: **Maple syrup, raw sugar, honey, pitted dates, simple syrup, fruit juice concentrates, stevia, ice cream, and sorbet are all examples of sweeteners.
* **Others: **Cottage cheese, vanilla essence, soaked oats, boiled white beans, silken tofu, and other ingredients

Smoothies are widely promoted as a means of losing weight. They may be useful for this goal, according to research, ***as long as they don't cause you to surpass your daily calorie demands.***
While some individuals find smoothies to be a convenient method to keep track of their meal amounts and achieve their weight reduction goals, others may not feel as satisfied when they drink rather than eat their calories.
Several modest studies show, however, that smoothies used as meal replacements can be just as full as solid foods, and that drinking calories rather than digesting them doesn't always lead to overeating later when solid foods are ingested.
