Some days motivation isn’t enough. Today, perspective was key.
Every walk, every healthy meal, every moment I take care of myself feels like a way of honoring the life my mom wanted so badly to keep living.
So today I walked my morning 2 miles—for me and for her 💜
It’s coming along so well 🥹 anything else that I should add to finish it off?!
Took full advantage of some of the free summer concerts in VB this weekend! It was so fun and def felt like I was reliving my 20s 🤣

This isn’t an ideal day, but it’s a hell of a lot better than how I’ve been eating through my grief. After months of using food as comfort, I’m going back to the basics that worked for me for years. More protein. More fruits & veggies. More meals at home.
