-All Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling that are made without 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to 75% of the services full total
-Deposits & Retainer fees made for services are Non-Refundable 72 hours prior to service
-Retainer Fees made towards purchase of hair for hair extensions service are Non-Refundable
-All Services Performed are Non-Refundable, but can be re-done if unsatisfactory no later than 7 days past the date it was performed.
