Aging doesn’t happen in one day, and rejuvenation doesn’t happen in one appointment.

Over time, the face changes on multiple levels. We lose collagen. Skin becomes thinner. Sun damage accumulates. Texture changes. Volume and structural support gradually decrease.

That is why I rarely look at one wrinkle or one treatment in isolation.

This patient’s progress has taken approximately two years, using a combination of fillers, lasers, peels, and medical-grade skincare. Each treatment had a different purpose: restoring support where volume had been lost, improving tone and texture, stimulating collagen, addressing years of accumulated skin damage, and then maintaining those improvements over time.

And we are still not “finished.”

That is an important part of aesthetic medicine that often gets lost on social media. Years of change cannot realistically be reversed overnight. Good results usually come from the right treatment plan, performed in the right order, with enough time for the skin and tissues to respond.

My goal is never to make someone look like a different person.

It is to help them look healthier, fresher, more balanced, and still completely recognizable.

Real rejuvenation is a process, not a procedure.

Peptides are everywhere, but what are they actually?

Think of amino acids as individual building blocks. Connect a short chain together, and you have a peptide. Connect a longer chain and fold it into a complex structure, and you have a protein.

Many peptides work like biological messages, communicating with specific receptors and influencing different functions in the body. But every peptide has a different sequence, a different target, and a different job.

That is why the word “peptide” does not automatically mean anti-aging, healing, weight loss, or better health. The specific peptide, dosage, delivery method, quality, and scientific evidence all matter.

Comment “PART 2” if you want me to explain which peptides have real clinical evidence, and which ones may be more hype than science.

For educational purposes only. Treatment should always be individualized and medically supervised.

Most people think Botox is just for wrinkles.

But in the right patient, I can also use it therapeutically to target overactive muscles contributing to pain, tightness, and muscle spasms. 👀💉

When I inject Botox into the back, I’m not simply injecting “where it hurts.”

I evaluate which muscles are overactive, where the tension is coming from, how the surrounding muscles are compensating, and whether Botox is actually appropriate for that particular pattern of pain.

Botox works by temporarily reducing excessive muscle contraction.

For carefully selected patients, this may help decrease muscle tightness and allow the area to relax, especially when muscular spasm or overactivity is part of the problem.

But this is important:

Not every type of back pain should be treated with Botox.

Disc problems, nerve compression, joint pain, and other causes of back pain require a completely different approach.

Treatment starts with understanding WHY you’re hurting, not simply injecting the painful area.

Because therapeutic Botox should be just as customized as aesthetic Botox.

Would you have ever guessed Botox could be used beyond the face? 👇

✨ PREVENTION AND CORRECTION ARE NOT AGE CATEGORIES.

They are two different medical strategies and choosing the wrong one can mean treating the wrong problem.

Prevention protects what is still there. It may help slow early collagen loss, soften lines that appear only with movement, protect skin quality, and address subtle changes before they become established.

Correction is different. Once volume loss, pigmentation, texture damage, laxity, or lines are visible at rest, we are no longer simply preserving. We are restoring what has already changed.

That is why I never create a treatment plan based on age alone.

I look at the face as a whole: skin quality, movement, volume, structure, proportion, and the way that individual face is aging.

Botox cannot restore lost volume.
Filler cannot repair poor skin quality.
Skincare cannot replace lost structure.

The problem must determine the treatment, not the trend.

In this patient’s case, the goal was never to change her face. It was to restore balance, improve skin quality, and correct the changes that were already present while keeping her completely recognizable.

Great aesthetic medicine knows what to prevent, what to correct, and what to leave alone.

Which approach do you think your face needs right now: prevention or correction? 👀

Leather pants. A doctor. One very unimpressed sister. 😂

🎬 KAADO MD Reality Series — Episode 3

We’re filming the new KAADOMD commercial, and the argument starts before the cameras do.

I chose a YSL runway look with leather pants, thigh high leather boots, a jacket, and apparently… a problem.

She says: “You’re a doctor. You need to look professional.”

I say: “Who decided professional has to mean boring?”

KAADO MD has never been about looking like every other medical practice. It’s where medicine, aesthetics, art, fashion and personality come together and I think the person behind the brand should reflect that too.

So… whose side are you on?

or

Watch Episode 3 and settle this argument for us. 😂

✨ THE BREAST AUGMENTATION WAS DONE. THE SCAR WAS WHAT STAYED.

A beautiful surgical result can still leave behind something a patient isn’t happy with: the scar.

And this is exactly why scar treatment should never be a one-size-fits-all approach.

In this case, we didn’t rely on just one laser and repeat the same thing over and over. We treated the scar in stages based on what it needed at each point in the healing and revision process.

Our approach:
✨ CO₂ laser to help improve scar texture, redness and overall visibility
✨ TRL laser as the next step to further refine the scar and continue improving its appearance

Because effective breast augmentation scar treatment isn’t about picking one device and hoping for the best. It’s about understanding the scar, the skin, and when to adjust the treatment plan.

The goal isn’t to pretend surgery never happened.
The goal is to make the scar less noticeable, smoother, and better blended with the surrounding skin.

Because the best scar revision plans are rarely just one treatment.
They’re the right combination of timing + technology + customization.

Have a surgical scar you wish was less noticeable?
✨ Comment “SCAR” for more information.

✨ THE BABY-DOLL FOREHEAD , but make it masculine.

Pablo travels nonstop, works on photoshoots, spends time in the sun…and like many men, he was starting to show hollowing through the temples and forehead along with sun damage and uneven pigmentation.

My approach? I’m not treating just one wrinkle. I’m looking at the entire face and the quality of the skin.

For volume restoration, I chose Sculptra to gradually stimulate collagen and soften the hollow appearance of the temples and forehead while improving overall skin quality.

But beautiful structure means very little if we ignore the skin. ☀️

So his rejuvenation plan also includes:
✨ BBL/IPL for visible pigmentation and sun damage
✨ Erbium + CO₂ laser using our customized skin-rejuvenation protocols
✨ Medical-grade skincare to protect and maintain his results

The goal isn’t to change his face. It’s to restore what time, travel and sun exposure have slowly taken away, while keeping him looking completely like himself.

Because the best rejuvenation is never one treatment. It’s the right combination of volume + collagen + skin quality + maintenance.
