BIG NEWS: The Body Mechanic is expanding to BLACKSBURG!

Beginning Tuesday, September 22, The Body Mechanic will officially begin seeing clients at our first location outside of Salem:

Our Blacksburg office is a private, one-room treatment space that we share with Dr. Angelica Perry, DO. Dr. Perry will be seeing patients there, and The Body Mechanic will be building our massage schedule at this location as well.

And we're very excited to introduce the first massage therapist joining us in Blacksburg:

WYNNE HEDLESKY, LMT

Wynne has practiced massage therapy in Virginia since 2021 and trained at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, Hawaii. Her approach incorporates deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, PNF stretching, and somatic techniques.

She also has experience providing sports massage for Virginia Tech athletes and brings a thoughtful, movement-focused approach to therapeutic bodywork.

Wynne will begin seeing clients in Blacksburg this Tuesday, September 22, and will initially be there one day each week:

Other Body Mechanic therapists will also be joining the Blacksburg schedule shortly.

Tomorrow we're heading over to build furniture, equip the treatment room, stock everything we need, and turn the space into the newest Body Mechanic office. We'll share pictures once we've worked our magic.

We're just off South Main Street on Ardmore Street, across from the First & Main area. Look for the entrance to the office complex just behind the car wash.

This is a big milestone for The Body Mechanic, and we're excited to start serving more of the New River Valley.
