Dear ELITES,

It’s with a heavy heart and immense gratitude that we share some difficult news. After three incredible years of growth, dedication, and community-building, ENERGIA athletic club will be closing its doors permanently on December 31, 2024.

This decision was not made lightly. ENERGIA has been so much more than a fitness space—it’s been a family. Together, we’ve inspired, encouraged, and supported each other, creating a vibrant community that we are incredibly proud of. Each of you has played an essential role in this journey, bringing passion, energy, and heart to every class, session, and interaction.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of you. Your hard work, commitment, and positivity have been the lifeblood of ENERGIA. You’ve made this club a welcoming and uplifting space, and we couldn’t have achieved so much without you.

As we prepare for this final chapter, our focus remains on finishing strong and making December a month to remember.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for being a part of this incredible journey. While this chapter is ending, we hope to stay connected and support one another wherever the future may lead.

we’re thrilled to introduce Lindsey as our newest ENERGIA athletic club ambassador! having been with us since the Gym & Juice days, Lindsey is an og ELITE who truly understands the heart of our community.

meet our personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Nikki ⚡️

three years ago, Nikki moved to Virginia Beach after graduating from Slippery Rock University. since then, she’s discovered her true passion for fitness and helping others achieve their healthiest selves.

Nikki holds a Certified Personal Trainer certification through NASM and is currently working on additional certifications. she also has a certification in Applied Stretching Theory and Practice from StretchLab.

outside of the gym, Nikki enjoys spending time outdoors, being on the water, traveling, and making memories with friends and family.

fun fact: Nikki got her start in the fitness industry by teaching group fitness boxing classes back in her hometown!

It’s a beautiful day to embrace all that we have. Surround yourself with the people you love and make the most of this time with friends, family, and coworkers. Let’s be grateful for the ability to move, grow, and for those who inspire us to be our best.
