Therapist “Stephanie” is a millennial that works outpatient Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. She always dresses up because her mom taught her “you never know who you’re going to meet” and that she better marry a rich man.

Play Therapist Ashley mainly works with kids and has a ton of toys in her office. She’s always wearing a smile which is the best part of her style. She’s not married and doesn’t have children yet except for one fur baby she shows pics of to everyone.

Riley knows how to balance work/life responsibilities and has strong boundaries.I mean she graduated during Covid. She mainly works with teens practicing DBT individually and runs DBT groups (during working hours only of course).

Therapist Kyle is a reformed drywall enthusiast and “Energy Drink Connoisseur”. He mostly sees edgy teens who think he’s “the coolest therapist ever”

Therapist Ann Aka “The Veteran”. She’s worked there the longest. She mostly works with adult females doing EMDR. She’s always cold. She’s always on time even if she sends the patient out in tears but when that timer goes off, scoot.

Psychologist Phil works outpatient and volunteers at the CSB. He has his own coffee machine in his office and makes dad jokes. His wife comes to every event and he has a dozen pictures of them on vacation in his office.

So what’s that mean for us?
