Full facial balancing matters because the face works as a single, interconnected structure, not a set of isolated features. When fillers are used to treat only one area at a time without considering the rest of the face, the result can look unnatural, overfilled, or “off,” even if each individual area is well-done.

FACIAL BALANCING! What does that even mean?! The term gets thrown around all over aesthetic social media. But what does it mean?
For this patient it meant chin shadow + widening of the chin. Why? Her gorgeous lips and wide, full cheeks felt unsupported by her small chin. Her chin felt disconnected and isolated from the rest of her face and the shadows aged her.
Youth and balance restored with a touch of filler!
