Depending on what type of surgery you may be having, lymphatic drainage massages may be ordered postoperatively. Don’t be fooled, these are not optional services but they are very essential to your recovery and intended results. Be sure to have them scheduled ahead of time to avoid any delays in your healing.

Drinking fresh pineapple juice after surgery works wonders for your recovery!

Did you know that pineapples contain bromelain, which is a powerful enzyme that assists in speeding healing and reducing inflammation and swelling. It has also been proven to minimize bruising, helps fight nausea, aids in proper digestion, and is good for wound healing.
