I Will Not Leave You
Meditation:
That evening, I remained in the chapel a little longer. I talked to the Lord about a certain soul. Encouraged by His goodness, I said, “Jesus, You gave me this Father who understands my inspirations, and now You are taking him away from me again. What am I going to do in this Vilnius? I don’t know anyone there, and even the dialect of the people there is foreign to me.” And the Lord said to me, Do not fear; I will not leave you to yourself. My soul drowned itself in a prayer of thanksgiving for all the graces that the Lord had granted me through the mediation of Father Andrasz.

Suddenly, I remembered the vision in which I had seen that priest between the confessional and the altar, trusting that I would meet him [Fr. Sopocko] some day. And the words I had heard came back vividly: He will help you to fulfill My will here on earth (Diary, 258).
My Prayer Response:
Lord Jesus, thank You for providing two holy and knowledgeable priests as spiritual directors to St. Faustina.

Prayer for Healing and Guidance through Archangel Raphael

Archangel Raphael,
faithful servant of the Most High,
companion on the road,
and bearer of God’s healing mercy—

We ask you now to walk beside us.
Stand with us in body, mind, and spirit.
Where there is illness, bring restoration.
Where there is exhaustion, bring renewal.
Where wounds are hidden and unspoken,
carry them before the throne of God with compassion.

Guide our steps when the way is unclear.
Protect us from paths that lead to harm or despair.
Help us discern what heals and what must be released.

Teach us patience in the process,
and trust in God’s timing when answers feel delayed.

Archangel Raphael,
intercede for us before the Lord,
that His peace may settle our hearts,
His light may illuminate our decisions,
and His healing grace may flow freely through every part of our lives.

May we walk forward strengthened,
not by fear, but by faith—
knowing we are not alone on this journey.
We ask this through the mercy of God,
who heals, who restores, and who never abandons His children.

This quote warns how easily reverence can fade. If Christ is truly present in the Eucharist, then passing the Tabernacle without acknowledgment wounds love itself. Scripture reminds us that “at the name of Jesus every knee should bend” (Phil 2:10) and that irreverence toward the Body of the Lord has real spiritual consequences (1 Cor 11:27). Even small acts of neglect matter when Love is waiting.

Jane began experiencing serious health issues, including extreme fatigue, heavy menstrual bleeding, and the discovery of multiple fibroid tumors. Medical imaging revealed several fibroids outside her uterus, along with one large tumor roughly the size of a grapefruit inside her uterus. A biopsy showed the growths were pre-cancerous, and Jane’s physician scheduled her for surgical removal of the tumors.

In the weeks leading up to the scheduled surgery, Jane and her family prayed diligently and sought prayer from others, asking God for healing. One Sunday at church, a woman anointed Jane with oil and prayed for her restoration.

During preparation for surgery, as Jane was being readied, she noticed her abdomen no longer felt hard or enlarged. Doctors then conducted surgery and discovered something unexpected: the tumors that had been seen on prior imaging were completely absent. The surgical team reported a normal uterine cavity with no evidence of the previously diagnosed fibroids.

Physicians confirmed the medical findings and acknowledged that the disappearance of multiple and large fibroid tumors without treatment was highly unusual. Jane and her family consider the outcome a miraculous answer to prayer and a display of God’s healing power!
