Where-Rookies
Categories- All categories can include a costume to compliment your look.
Mustache(Natural) No more than 3/4" below or past the corner of the mouth
Mustache(Styled with Product) No more than 3/4" below or past the corner of the mouth.
Partial Beard(Goatee, Sideburns, Fu Manchu, Beard with no Mustache or Mustaches that are more than 3/4" below or past the corner of the mouth.
Full Beard up to 3"(measured from bottom lip to bottom of longest hanging hair )
Full Beard up to 8"(measured from the bottom lip to bottom of longest hanging hair)
Full Beard over 8"(measured from bottom of lip to bottom of longest hanging hair)
Judges Choice(can be awarded for any reason to any contestant or spectator)Voted on by judges, and organizers.
Rules for Judging-
Costumes or encouraged, but not required. Fake hair and airbrushing is an instant disqualification.
Facial hair will be judged based on thickness/length of hair, grooming, and overall look of the contestant.
Thickness and length of hair is simple. The thicker and or longer, the better.
Grooming is based on how neat and or styled the hair is.
Overall look is based on how the facial hair completes the overall appearance of the contestant including costume or clothes.

Bruce's Barbershop is hosting a Beard and Moustache Competition at Rookies in Visalia on 4/28 at 630PM. All styles of facial hair are welcome. Come and be a contestant or just hang out and have a good time.
