BREAKING: Tulare County reports 101 new cases as supervisors vote to reopen 'effective immediately' 05/19/2020

The 3-2 decision allows nearly all businesses to reopen that fall under Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the state's plan. That includes dine-in restaurants, churches, barbers, movie theaters and shopping malls.

BREAKING: Tulare County reports 101 new cases as supervisors vote to reopen 'effective immediately' The move comes one day after California Gov. Gavin Newsom said nursing home outbreaks would prevent Tulare County from joining much of California in reopening.

New CA guidelines to allow most counties to relax stay at home orders, open restaurant dining rooms 05/18/2020

If the state continuously has a low case rate, people may begin to get haircuts, dine in Restaurants and churches can reopen with restrictions and sporting events may resume without spectators.

Counties must have no more than 25 cases per 100,000 residents or no higher than an 8% positive rate among people testing for the coronavirus. They also must have no higher than a 5% increase in hospitalizations over a 7-day period or fewer than 20 hospitalizations total over 14 days.
