Dear clients,

I am so excited to be able to provide you with services once again. I want to thank you all for your patience. As always I am forever grateful for your support, especially during these challenging times.

Here is how business is changing due to COVID-19:

• We have always followed the California State Board's standards of cleaning protocols. However, we will be doing even more thorough cleanings between clients. We will be extending the time between clients to do so. This way there are fewer people in the spa at once and you will not run into the previous client.

• You MUST wear a mask or face covering to your appointment. If you happen to forget one you will be provided one. This is nonnegotiable. NO MASK NO APPOINTMENT. Our main priority is to protect you and those around you.

• You must be the only one attending your appointment. No guest, companions, or children allowed.

• We have set up a sanitation station as soon as you walk into the salon as well as the treatment room. We will have you sanitize your hands before heading into the treatment room.

• We have set up a sanitation station as soon as you walk into the salon as well as the treatment room. We will have you sanitize your hands before heading into the treatment room.
