Great read on carbs. Carbs aren't the enemy so eat up π. Depending on activity level and what type of training depends on how many carbs your body needs. When it comes to doing intense workout carbs are your primary fuel source and let's not forget, carbs are protein sparing so as long as you have enough carbs stored in your body, protein won't be used as an energy source.
