Today is one of those bittersweet days 💔✨

After working side by side, my amazing assistant Hannah is moving on to her next chapter. Watching her grow, learn, and step into her own has been such a gift. It’s never easy to say goodbye to someone who has been such an important part of the salon family, but I’m so proud of her and everything ahead of her.

At the same time, I’m excited to welcome Jaden as my new assistant! A new journey begins, and I’m looking forward to pouring into her the same way so many incredible assistants before her have trusted me to do.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the honor of training so many assistants… each one leaving their mark, growing into talented professionals, and becoming part of a legacy I’m so grateful for. It’s one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Here’s to new beginnings, continued growth, and the people who make this journey so special 🤍

Today is extra special for me 💛

My daughter Chloe was born on International Women’s Day, and today she turns 14. Watching her grow into such a strong, kind, confident young woman has been the greatest joy of my life.

And this week made me even prouder… she was chosen for the All-Star basketball game 🏀✨

Seeing her chase her dreams, work hard, and believe in herself reminds me exactly why days like today matter. Raising strong girls matters.

It also makes me so grateful for all the incredible women who sit in my chair every day.

The ones building businesses, raising families, chasing dreams, starting over, showing up tired but still showing up.

Thank you for trusting me with your hair, your stories, and letting me be part of your routine. It means more than you know.
