One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:

“If I’m trying to grow my hair, I shouldn’t cut it.”

I get it 💁‍♀️it feels backwards.

But regular trims aren’t about making your hair grow faster. They’re about preventing damage from traveling farther up the hair so you can keep more of the healthy length you’re growing.

Sometimes we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget to take care of ourselves, too.

I spend my days helping other women feel good when they look in the mirror.

Most days, you’ll find me in the salon with my hair up, no makeup, and completely focused on my clients.

Recently, I’ve been reminding myself to take my own advice and make a little time for myself, too. 💗
