Yoga teacher friends!

I am putting together a workshop that will be super helpful for you to get more familiar with using anatomical cueing in a way that is easy for you and your students to understand! I know this is a big interest for many of the teachers I work with and here is your opportunity to get more confident with yoga anatomy 💪🏽

This 4 hour workshop will review the skeletal and muscular systems as well respiratory and nervous systems. We will also learn how to use simple and direct cueing so that students feel really supported when taking your class.

I will be utilizing my kinesiology background to empower and educate you on the body systems. My extensive experience in teaching yoga and YTTs has overflowed my brain with useful wisdom that I am so ready to share with you!
