There are some things I CAN do… that I simply CHOOSE not to do. 💚

Under-eye filler and filler in the “11s” (glabella) are two of them.

It’s not because I don’t know how. It’s because these are higher-risk areas with important blood vessels, and a vascular occlusion in certain areas of the face can have devastating complications—including, in rare cases, vision loss.

For me, the risk simply isn’t worth the paycheck.

There are procedures that I personally believe are best left in the hands of a highly experienced physician with advanced training in these areas. I care far more about your health, your eyes, and your safety than I do about the money I could make from performing a procedure.

So if you ask me for under-eye filler or filler directly in the 11s and I tell you no, please know that “no” is coming from a place of caring about you—not because I can’t do it.

For both under-eye filler and filler in the 11s/glabella, my recommendation is Dr. Charles Guy with Facial Plastic Surgery of Central Texas in the Woodway/Waco area. If I believe something should be handled at a higher level of care, I will always point you toward someone I trust.

Sometimes being a good injector isn’t just knowing what you can inject. It’s knowing what you personally choose not to inject. 💚
