At 202 Beauty Lounge, our associates are not expected to figure it all out alone. They are part of a team that teaches, supports, encourages, and celebrates their growth along the way.

From week one, they are hands-on and learning in real time beside experienced stylists. They formulate, foil, balayage, glaze, blowout, assist with guests, practice consultations, and build confidence through guided education.

They also receive business coaching, because building a strong career takes more than technical skill. It takes communication, consistency, guest experience, confidence, and support.
