Next up in our May mom appreciation series… meet Kelsey 🤍
Kelsey is a mom to Mason and Madelyn, our COO, and such a vital part of the Level Up Wellness + IV Therapy team. With over 10 years of nursing experience in Oncology Infusion and the Emergency Department, she brings compassion, clinical knowledge, and patient-centered care into everything she does.
Behind the scenes, Kelsey helps keep Level Up running smoothly through compliance, scheduling, and operations, while also caring for clients at our WRS location. She is passionate about helping clients feel and look their best, and we are so grateful for the leadership, heart, and organization she brings to our team.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys playing tennis, Mahjong, and traveling with family and friends. 🤍
“Not FDA-approved” does not automatically mean unsafe, ineffective, or not backed by science.
With peptides, the conversation is more nuanced. Many peptides are naturally occurring signaling molecules already found in the body, and FDA approval is typically tied to a specific diagnosis or disease process — not general wellness goals.
For example, Tesamorelin is FDA-approved for a specific use in certain HIV patients with lipodystrophy. That doesn’t mean its mechanism only matters in that one condition — it means that is the specific indication it was studied and approved for.
So when people hear “peptides aren’t FDA-approved,” it’s important to understand what that really means.

Brittany is the owner, visionary, and brain behind Level Up Wellness + IV Therapy and Direct Health. Before building Level Up, her nursing background in the ER and home health gave her a clear look at how often people needed more support before they reached a crisis point.
That experience, combined with her passion for prevention, athletics, health, and nutrition, helped lead her here — creating a place where clients can feel supported, educated, and cared for in a more proactive way.
Over the last 4 years, Brittany has dedicated so much of her life to building and growing this company from the ground up. She has done it all while working through Nurse Practitioner school and clinicals, leading a team, serving clients, creating new opportunities, and still showing up as her kids’ biggest cheerleader and support system.
She truly never stops. Whether she is dreaming up the next big idea, problem-solving behind the scenes, or finding ways to bring better care and wellness options to our community, Brittany leads with purpose. And at the center of that purpose are her kids. They are her why, her motivation, and the reason she keeps building something bigger than herself.
