If there’s one thing I’m going to slander on my platform, it’s hot yoga 😂
No honestly, I’m sure hot yoga is great but the way it has so many of my clients in an acne chokehold is crazy.
Acne+humid heat+sweating+45 mins or longer=fungus & bacteria. Which causes more acne and even fungal acne to grow.
Make sure you’re consistently wiping your face with a microfiber towel throughout and spraying your face at least 2x throughout an hour long work out. Not to mention, washing your face right before and after the work out.

Post liquid microneedling results 😍
This beautiful client came in a week after her Cell story treatment for hydration and Dermaplaning and she had the most amazing glow!
We noticed major improvement with congestion in the pores, pore size, improved texture and breaking up of pigment clusters!
I can’t wait to do more treatments on her and get even further results with hyperpigmentation.✨
