Dear clients, due to the Covid-19 outbreak new rules and guidelines are being added to keep both the clients and stylists safe. We will begin to open June 1st, 2020. Please be patient as we are working very hard to schedule everyone’s appointment. Please read the new rules and guidelines below so we can keep everyone safe.

• By confirming your appointment you are agreeing that you have read and understand all the rules and guidelines that have been established.

• Please stay in your car when you come to your appointment, your stylist will call/text you when you may come into the salon. Please be patient, your stylist might be running late due to the new cleaning guidelines. We want to make sure the salon is sanitized before and after each client.

• Every client and stylist is required to wear a mask at all times in the salon. If you do not have a mask there will be one for purchase, just ask your stylist when she calls you in for your appointment. If anyone does not wear a mask you will be refused entrance into the salon for any services.

• Only 1 client at a time, please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment. The only exception is 1 parent with a child under 10 years old.

• No walk-ins at this time

• Please stay home if you are not feeling well. Example: fever, coughing, shortness of breath, sore throat, dry cough. If you have traveled within the last 14 days by airplane, train or bus, domestically or internationally, we may need to reschedule your appointment and/or will need you to sign a waiver.

• Hand sanitizer is available in the salon, so please sanitize or wash your hand when you come into and exit the salon.

• Please ask for assistance if you would like to purchase hair product. Please don’t pick up or touch product. We will accept cash, check, or touchless credit card when purchasing product.

• No food or beverage is allowed in the salon. We are not offering coffee or tea, but water will be available in disposable cups.

• Stylist are only accepting CASH or CHECK. If paying with cash please try to have exact change. There will be sanitized pens to use, along with, envelopes to place your payment inside.

• Please keep your distance 6 feet apart from other stylist and clients.

• To keep everyone safe we will not have chairs or magazines in our waiting room.

• For the safety of our clients and stylists we will not be providing blow drying services, unless there is a medical reason. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please plan to leave with wet hair.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please understand there is a lot of people waiting to get in, and it may be awhile for the next available appointment.

• Guidelines and rules are subject to change, please be patient and understanding. We are doing our best to make everyone feel safe and keep our salon up to date on all the new sanitize guidelines.
