The moment you find your first gray hair, everyone seems to have an opinion, but alot of those opinions are rooted in these myths:
1. It’s an all-or-nothing approach
You don't have to choose between covering every grey or letting it all grow in. Grey blending uses lowlights and highlights around your natural grey, so it blends in instead of standing out.
2. Letting any grays show will make you look older
People worry grey blending will age them, but it actually does the opposite. Done well, it softens your features and looks more natural than solid color ever does. It's the dimension that makes it work, not just the color itself.
3. I have too many grays to just blend them
There's no such thing as too much grey to blend. Whether you're just starting to see some or you're mostly grey already, the technique adjusts to meet you where your hair actually is right now.
