Okay this glow in the dark hair is sooo cool!!!! I’m going to stock up on this stuff!
I’ll be at The Estie Hut from 1-4 today doing Tinsel and braids! I can do tie in tinsel for a very delicate shimmer for prom or my normal way with a bead for a fuller tinsel look! I just got in this very pretty gold/light pink mixture that is super pretty!
