In love with June 🌸

Anger is easy.
Reaction is easy.
Peace takes effort.
Ahimsa = Nonviolence, towards yourself & others.
Knowledge is power & now more than ever, you need to know what you stand for & why. I will always stand for Ahimsa.
If you’re not sure what to stand for, start your research with these 3 topics: ahimsa, the process/steps of authoritarianism, & the purpose of a walk for peace. I hope your eyes & your heart are open, especially if you hold religion close to your purpose in this life.

Slept 14 hours in my own bed last night with the heat on in NC…dreaming I was napping on a beach in Hawaii.

Happy Love Day!
Lucky we get to spend it in paradise.

Happy Birthday to my Fiancé! 🎂
I am beyond grateful for you & the life we are building together. I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than with an engagement-moon in Cali & Hawaii.

Welcome home, to a place you’ve always been, but frequently escape. It’s not here that you need to run from, it is here that you can always run back to.
It is you.
You are your home.
You choose if it’s a happy, well-kept home, or if it’s falling apart, scary, & full of fear. You can create that space for yourself even with all the fear & the tattered parts, but no one else is coming to rebuild, there’s only you.
Have fear, but do it anyway. Love your home.

I f*cking love this Earth 🌎
Get outside today.
Ground yourself by walking barefoot in the grass.
Look up to the sky...like really, look at it.
Go for a walk, bike ride, rollerblade, etc.
& do your part to take care of her.
She does so much for us.
More adventures, please.
