A little reminder of our booking policies at Skin Addicts Maui 🤍
⏰ 5-minute late policy: Please arrive on time! After 5 minutes, your appointment may need to be canceled or shortened depending on the service.
🚫 No guests: As much as we’d love to accommodate guests, we want to keep the space relaxing and comfortable for everyone. Please come to your appointment alone.
📅 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% fee.
❌ No-shows: No call/no shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
⚠️ New clients: If you are a first-time client and cancel, reschedule, or no-show your first appointment, you will no longer be eligible to book with Skin Addicts Maui indefinitely.
These policies help us protect our time, respect our service providers, and give other clients the opportunity to book available appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies! 🫶🏼

Upon booking you are agreeing to our studio policies, the policies will be enforced and are in place to protect our business and our providers.

Keeping up with your hair removal between appointments makes a BIG difference! When you stay consistent, the hair comes out easier, your appointments are quicker, and you’ll typically experience **less pulling, tugging & discomfort.**

Your aftercare routine matters!
After hair removal:
• Keep the area clean and moisturized
• Gently exfoliate 2–3x a week to help prevent ingrowns
• Avoid picking or digging at ingrown hairs
• Stay consistent with your appointments instead of letting the hair grow out excessively
• Use a quality ingrown-hair treatment to keep the skin smooth and healthy

We recommend and retail Bushbalm or Fur for your at-home upkeep! Both have great products to help with exfoliation, hydration and preventing those pesky ingrowns. 🤍
