In tears, wanna know a secret?
I was in tears just about every day while filming this program with and the PROFESSIONAL dance/coach crew of !! ALL THE EMOTIONS! From excited and still in shock to not feeling good enough.

BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME I spent actually doing this workout it was nothing short of PURE BLISS! I know this isn't the best way to get you excited for this workout, yet it is the HONEST TRUTH!
I'm hearing "Im not a dancer" as a concern from my Self Love Dance club crew. Truth is NEITHER AM I. I may look and act the part, honestly I just feel BLISSFULL JOY when Im moving and enjoy sharing that with others!
On the Lets Get Up set we had PROFESSIONAL DANCERS, Im talking about people who danced along side LIZZO, who CARRIED LADY GAGA in a dance performance at the SUPERBOWL, consistent TOP 10 coaches, professional actress/dancers, and WENDY from Tokyo DISNEYLAND! I'm just Misty in MAUI! (I know I know I'm more than that, but thats what I felt!
Point is, this program, these dances, WILL BRING GREATNESS OUT OF YOU! Love, Joy, Bliss, and maybe even tears of passion for movement you never knew you needed! No matter what stress, fear or worry you may have.. doing this program WILL help you through it! This is WAY MORE than a workout program. This is group therapy through Movement!
