The Reset Room 🤍
We spend a lot of time talking about how important it is to take care of ourselves.
But wellness can’t stop with our clients.
This little space was created for our team. A place to sit, breathe, eat lunch, decompress between appointments, study, or simply have a moment to themselves.
Because taking care of people starts with taking care of the people providing the care.
A small room. A big reminder.
You can’t pour from an empty cup. ☕️
A gentle reminder:
You don’t have to wait until you’re “back to yourself” to start taking care of yourself.
It’s been a long two months.
What started as an idea slowly turned into paint on the walls, furniture to assemble, late nights, problem solving, and a whole lot of faith. There were moments when it felt easy, and plenty of moments when it didn’t.
This space would not exist without the support, encouragement, and helping hands of so many people who believed in the vision before it was fully built.
To everyone who showed up, checked in, lifted, painted, moved, built, cleaned, cheered us on, or simply believed in what we’re creating, thank you.
We’re so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome you into the new studio. 🤍
