First Alikat infuses her local, organic foods with pure vibration of love-a skill she honed over four years at the world-reowned Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Secondly, Alikat listens to Kirtan music and chants along - raising the vibration and infusing healing energy into her foods. In addition to her work as a chef, Alikat has a private healing practice as a Barbara Brennan Healing Science Practitioner. She works both long-distance and in person with individuals to integrate nutrition with emotional, physical and spiritual healing to achieve balance, greater joy, and fulfillment in their lives. An experience entrepreneur; prior to her work as a Raw Food Chef and Educator, Alikat owned and operated multiple successful businesses, including a day spa, restaurant and Feng Shui company. She is a life long student of The Pathwork© Teachings, an Amma devotee, and enjoys exploring Maui's beauty, snorkeling, and hosting Kirtan events at her private residence.
