I've been at Refine Dermatique Aesthetic Center in Sartell for almost four months now and I'm still on cloud nine about it😍

In October I officially became an ✨️Advanced Practice Esthetician✨️

A few of my biggest accomplishments while in school were..

•Finishing my state mandatory quotas in August ✔️ - (the last 2 months I spent perfecting my skills)
•Passed my hands on technicals with flying colors and no re-do's ✔️
•Passed my MN State Boards three weeks before graduating ✔️
•Graduated over a month early ✔️

I HIGHLY recommend chasing your dreams and striving for what you want. I promise you it's worth it! ❤️

-It protects you from ultraviolet rays reducing risks of permanent sun damage and skin cancer.
-SPF will help reduce UV rays reaching the skin which causes signs of aging, wrinkles, and sun spots.

Here's an update post on me:

First, I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has and continues to support me! I couldn't do what I do without you guys❤️

I also wanted to let everyone know I am no longer working at Pure Bliss in Avon.
I will keep you posted on my new workspace once everything is set and stone😊

In May I will be continuing my education at The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics in Minnetonka to get my Advanced Practice license. This is a HUGE step in my career and I am SOOO excited to learn and grow as an Aesthetician and a person!

✨️Lash lift and brow lamination special✨️

"What are they and how are they beneficial?"

Lash lifts give you the appearance of fuller, thicker eyelashes without the use of any leave-on chemicals or extensions. The natural lashes are 'permed' up giving them a lifted and lengthened appearance.

Brow laminations are basically a lash lift, but for your eyebrows! It fills in any unwanted gaps in your brows, it keeps your brows straighted up rather than laying flat, and it adds a full and even appearance.

Adding lash/brow tint will instantly enhance your brows or your lashes natural appearance, yet making them BOLD enough to not need makeup 😉

When taken care of, lash lifts and brow lamination's last about 4-6 weeks, but can last up to 8!

Lash and brow tints last about 4-6 weeks. Perfect to pair with your lash lift and brow lamination!

✨️Waxing️ vs. Shaving✨️

What's the difference?

Shaving removes hair on the skins surface level only. That means hair underneath your skin is ready to appear almost instantly and more likely to cause ingrown hairs.

Waxing on the other hand, eliminates hair from the root, taking the entire hair out and killing the follicle. (Sounds scary but I promise it's not!)

After continued waxing, your hair comes back more fine, in less areas, it takes longer to grow back rather than from shaving, and it can even stop growing back completely!

So do you want to shave every other day or get waxed every 4 weeks?
