My name is Megan and I have a strong passion for healthy hair and clean beauty! I've been in this industry for 13 years!
Graduating first in my class at the Aveda Institute Chapel Hill, I started my career in my hometown of Durham. Last year I married my sweet husband and we now live in Wake Forest (and love it!), so I moved my business out of Durham and closer to where I live now! I do a lot of natural, melty highlighting and coloring along with long layered haircuts. I have also been doing wedding hair since I first started in the industry. I love both being in the salon working on making gorgeous, healthy hair for my clients and going to work with a bride on her big day and help her and her wedding party get ready with their hair for the ceremony! If you are all about keeping your hair healthy, even when you color it, I'd love to hear from you and help you plan your dream hair!

I was so excited to here from this sweet client that I hadn't seen in two years. She didnt even know Id had another baby! She has nearly a 2 hour drive to get to me, and so much life fell upon her, she just hadn't been able to reach out.
Thats the beauty of the hairstylist- client relationship though. She sent a text, said how bad she needs to get in but just had so much going on that 2 whole years had passed and I said...come on my friend! Lets get this done!!
It was so good to catch up and start this gray blending. Stay tuned for part 2!
