You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds only if the service is medically necessary and prescribed by a licensed medical provider.
Relaxation or cosmetic facials are not eligible under HSA/FSA rules.
If you have a diagnosed skin condition such as acne, rosacea, dermatitis, or eczema, your doctor may provide a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). With that document, some clinical treatments may qualify such as chemical peels, microneedling, and skincare products.
