HOW TO GROW YOUR HAIR LONG AND STRONG!
Get your hair trimmed regularly. Getting a haircut every 6-8 weeks will trim off any fragile or split ends. Once the hair splits up the hair shaft it becomes weak and breaks off. By trimming regularly you ensure healthy and strong hair!
Always use a heat protectant when styling your hair with hot tools! Imagine sticking your hand in a 400 degree oven with no protection. 😳
Avoid washing your hair every day! Shampooing your hair 2-3 times a week allows your natural oils to run down the hair shaft, this will hydrate and protect your hair.
