Hi Self-Care Sweeties🌻! I hadn’t realized that a whole year went by with me barely posting. That was a form of self-care for myself, actually. The true definition of, “If you see me less, that means I’m doing more”. 🫶🏾✨💪🏾🧘🏾 Thanking God for a New year full of growth and transformation. I figured I would share my transformation throughout 2024. Of course I’m still working on it but I have developed taking care of my body back into my regular routine after healing my mental space to allow the capacity! Listen to your own body and mind. Just because you see influencers in the gym 24/7 does not mean that they are healthy inside and out. Self-Care is not only healing your body but first and foremost healing your mind and soul🙏🏾✨
